# Optional host notes

The [setup guide](/agent-guides/setup.md) works by capability for any
assistant. This list contains additional notes, not a compatibility allowlist.
An unlisted host should continue with the generic setup routes. Do not apply
another assistant's connector, settings or storage instructions to your host.

Read a note only if it matches the assistant executing setup:

- Muse: [Custom Connector workflow](/agent-guides/muse.md), when that
  workflow is available in this session. Reuse working access first.
- Instinct: [session capability checks](/agent-guides/instinct.md).

Tincan works with Grok Bot, Instinct and Meta Muse; the Tincan team has tested
all three. These notes guide setup in each host. Check the connection and delivery
settings for the current session. Unlisted hosts can use the generic setup routes.
